Question: What is the currency I see when I shop and place an order?

Answer: You see the Canadian dollar.


Question: What payment methods are accepted?

Answer: For online orders, for security reasons, AF Fur Supply only accepts PayPal as a payment method. For phone or in-person orders, wire transfer and cash are the only methods accepted.


Question: Can I pay later?

Answer: No. All orders must be paid for at the time they are placed.


Question: How does online ordering work?

Answer: All orders placed online can either be delivered by Canada Post or picked up directly in store. For all deliveries, additional fees apply.


Question: How do I get my order delivered to the US?

Answer: In order to keep shipping costs to a minimum and to have the exact price according to the product(s) ordered, please call the seller to place an order by email or by phone.


Question: How long before my order is ready to be picked up or ready to be shipped?

Answer: Excluding orders containing backordered items, please allow up to 24 hours for processing after payment is received. As soon as the order is ready to be picked up or shipped, the seller will contact you.


Question: I want to buy a product, but I don't need the quantity offered. Can I buy a specific quantity?

Answer: It depends on the product. Some products sell by the box only, but others can be purchased individually or in fractions. For example, spindles are sold by the 5 box, but can be purchased individually. Also, liners are sold by the yard, but can be purchased in fractions of 1/4, 1/2, 1/3, etc. Please contact the seller directly.


Question: Can I buy an item that is out of stock?

Answer: Yes it is possible, but the delivery time may take a few weeks depending on the country of origin of the product. Payment must be made to place the order.

 

Return & Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original packaging with the receipt and packing slip. The item must be in the same condition as when it was sold, i.e. undamaged, to be eligible for return and refund.

The refund excludes any shipping and handling costs if applicable. Refunds will be made within 24 hours of receipt of the returned item and will be made to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
